The second production brewery of RISE & WIN beer was born.
It is a facility encompassing not only the production of beer
but also there are the owner's barrel room
for individual & corporate customers, the tasting salon
where customers decides the style of the beer together,
and the culture lab of beer yeast.
Architecture is designed by architecture design group ASSEMBLE STUDIO
who won the British prestigious contemporary
art prize "Turner Prize" in 2015

BREWERY
Brewing facility were designed and manufactured in Portland of craft beer mecca.
An annual production volume is 110 kL
This brewery is in beautiful nature and surrounded by ceder woods.
We brew craft beers of various styles with pure water drawn from beautiful Katsuura River.
YEAST CULTIVATION LAB
Laboratory facility conducting cultivation of yeast.
Microbial control experts will study high quality and stable yeast cultures.
We will continue my research day and night to support brewers around the world.
OWNER'S BARREL ROOM
The room for barrel aged (wood barrel aging) service to start for individuals & corporations.
We store barrel aged beer which matured beer in barrel such as whiskey, gin and wine.
INDIGO TOWER TASTING SALON
[Indigo tower tasting salon]was born by a proposal from ASSEMBLE
who visited Kamikatsu Town in February for research
A form inspired from a bottle kiln (a brick-laying kiln) commonly seen in Europe
Also it inspired by Tokushima's indigo dye.
The outer wall has color depth by changing the number of times of indigo painting
In the salon, there is a hearthside which made by Osamu Nakamura
who is living as self-sufficiency in Kamikatsu
A wooden chair for the hearthside, ASSEMBLE learned how to carve the wood
from local people and cuved the chair by using chisels.
